A fun, high energy, sports inspired cardio vascular group exercise workout that helps build stamina and strength. Designed around 12 tracks of motivational music, the class will take you through a variety of challenging components including aerobic training, plyometric work, upper and lower body conditioning, agility ,intervals, power and core conditioning using bender balls. The class is inclusive and is suitable for a variety of fitness levels and genders.Options and alternatives are available for those who are slowly building stamina levels, whilst still remaining progressive for those who prefer the more hardcore approach to exercise. This class will move your cardio vascular fitness to the next level.
