(H.I.I.T) High Intensity Interval Training
Fire up the the bodys' Fatburning Potential by working at high intensities for short periods. H.I.I.T training has been used by athletes to improve performance, but it's also been shown to benefit the average exerciser. The EPOC - Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption or "afterburn" is also much greater compared with say jogging ; burning calories up to 24 hours later compared with 1-2 hours. Class also includes Body Weight Suspension Training using the T.R.X and Battle Rope Training to build Power and Strength.
